As most of new Symbian applications are being developed using Qt framework, you are required to have latest Qt version installed on your mobile. Once you have latest Qt installed on your mobile, you will be able to enjoy the Qt based games and apps.
You can download the latest Qt versions along with Qt Mobility from the following download link. The download include the followings:
- Qt version 4.6.3
- Qt version 4.7.3
- Qt Mobility 1.0.2
- Qt Mobility 1.1.2
- Nokia Energy Profiler v1.23
- PerfMon v1.0.0 - Monitor the performace of your device
- Notifications support packages
You are not required to install all these utilities mentioned above. In order to let your mobile run the Qt based apps, you need to install latest Qt version 4.7.3 and Qt Mobility version 1.1.2. You can install it on Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, N97, N97 Mini, X6, 5228, 5230, 5233, 5235 and 5530 XpressMusic.
