Talking Hamster is another voice-altering app similar to Puppy Talk and Talking Tom Cat. The application features an animated hamster, that repeat what you say in high-pitched squeaky voices in real-time. Like other voice-altering app, this one too brings hours of fun. Animated Hamster looks so funny on mobile.
