Locago is a Symbian S60 5th edition based mobile map browser application with an open interface to third party content. Locago is a free service for consumers and it's ideal for applications such as travel guides, friend tracking, and local news services among others. The users of this application also have the option to buy premium content and services online such as city guides, traffic cameras, Wi-Fi access etc.
Locago allows anyone to publish and share valuable content, climbing spots in France, bird spotting, club guides etc. In Locago third party services are presented in separate layers that are dynamically loaded and configured when you start the application, so that new sources and information can be provided without a software update.
