MeteoNews is a very useful widget for Symbian S605th touch screen mobile phones. With MeteoNews you will always have the weather with you. The cool interface of this widget allows you to search -
- Weather here and now: Weather forecasts and current values from a weather station near you are displayed under this. The function is activated only when the GPS data are accurate enough.
- Weather Wordwide: Under this, it is possible to search for locations worldwide for which weather forecasts and current values can be displayed.
MeteoNews is evolving and has plans to offer a complete weather application supplying detailed weather forecasts ( three-hourly/10 days) and current measurements for almost all locations in France and Switzerland as well as for (almost) all locations world-wide.
The current version supports searching of weather data for any location of your choice or wordwide. You can also add location(s) to your favourite list. From the settings, you can choose from the following languages: Deutsch, Francais, Italiano and English. The application also supports home screen widget for mobiles who support home screen widgets.
MeteoNews weather widget works with Nokia X6, N97, N97 Mini, 5230, 5233, 5235, 5800 XpressMusic and 5530 XpressMusic. It's a freeware version and you can get it from the following download link.
