During the course of attaining the objective in the game you need to also collect silver and gold coins along the way. These coins are what you will use to be able to upgrade XIII. Upgrades range from extra health, kevlar to unlimited ammo.
XIII and his friends are hiding in a little Mexican hotel because they have been accused of cospiracy against the U.S. government, every intelligence agency is searching high and low for them but XIII's powerful enemies have found their hideout first.
